Care Simple Linctus is for relief of the symptoms of coughs. It contains Citric acid monohydrate (E330) 125mg per 5ml. This sugar-free linctus helps reduce irritation by coating the throat to relieve the symptoms of coughs.
What causes coughs
Most coughs are caused by cold and flu but can also be caused by smoking, allergies such as hay fever, infections like bronchitis, or mucus dripping down the throat from the back of the nose.

How to take Care Simple Linctus Sugar-Free

How to use Calpol SixPlus FastMelts Strawberry
- For oral use only.
- To remove tablet use a fingernail to break the foil along the dotted line before pressing the tablet out.
- Tablets can be sucked gently until they melt on the tongue. There is no need to take water as they melt into a pleasant tasting paste which is easily swallowed.
- Alternatively, the tablets can be dissolved in a teaspoon of water or milk if preferred.
- Do not give more medicine than the label tells you to. If your child does not get better, talk to your doctor.

6-9 years - 1 tablet
9-12 years - 2 tablets
12-16 years - 2-3 tablets

The following instructions will help you to get the best results from your spray:
- Remove the cap from the bottle, and rotate the spray head around by half a circle so that the nozzle extends beyond the bottle
- Hold your breath and then press the pump to spray. Do not exceed the dosage on the labelling.

Prior to dental surgery: Rinse the mouth thoroughly with 10ml for 1 minute. The mouthwash should be expelled from the mouth after rinsing.
Treatment of gingivitis: A course of one month is recommended.
Treatment of denture stomatitis: Soak the denture(s) in solution for 15 minutes twice daily.
Treatment of oral ulceration and oral thrush: Treatment should be continued for 48 hours after clinical resolution.

Care Glycerin can be used by the whole family, either taken orally to relieve sore throats or mixed with water and applied to the skin as a moisturiser to soothe rough, chapped areas. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain killer) which works in a different way from ibuprofen to relieve pain and fever.
This medicine temporarily relieves mild to moderate pain associated with migraine, headache, backache, period pain, dental pain, rheumatic and muscular pain, pain of non-serious arthritis, cold and flu symptoms, sore throat and fever.
How to take Nuromol Pain Relief Tablets
- For oral use and short-term use only.
- Only use the minimum effective dose for the shortest time necessary to relieve your symptoms. You should not take Nuromol for longer than three days. If your symptoms worsen or persist, consult your doctor.
- Take one tablet with water and food up to 3 times a day. Leave at least 6 hours between doses.
- If one tablet does not control symptoms, then a maximum of 2 tablets may be taken up to three times daily. Do not take more than six tablets in any 24 hours (equivalent to 3000mg Paracetamol and 1200mg Ibuprofen a day).
