- Mon-Thur orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered in 2-5 days subject to being approved by the pharmacist unless additional payment has been made for Special Delivery, in which case your item will be delivered the next working day
- Friday orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered on Monday/Tuesday, subject to availability
- Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday
- Deliveries will take place between Monday to Saturday

Pharmacy Orders with AYP Healthcare
- All P-Product items require our Pharmacy team's approval before we can deliver them to you.
- When ordering, if you completed a health questionnaire, your order contained a P-Product item.
- Our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment or cancel your request on medical grounds.
- Depending on the outcome of approval, dispensing your order may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process
- A pharmacist may contact you for further information to ensure it suits the intended user. Please reply promptly to ensure there are no delays in your order.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please use the contact form on the Contact Us page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging including your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return. Depending on your company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
