The KN95 Respirator Mask is a facial mask which protects from compounds, dust and allergens from metal smelting and processing production, in addition to other airborne damaging substances. The mask fits snugly around the face area to stop particles and dangerous substances from penetrating your mouth and nose. KN95 face masks are intended to filter a minimum of 95% of contaminants, together with five layers of cloth that make the filtration system tremendously powerful.
What is the KN95 Face Mask used for?
KN95 can be used to prevent harmful substances from entering the respiratory system via the mouth and nose. This can be required in many circumstances, such as:

Are these masks reusable?
All these KN95 respirator face masks are disposable and shouldn't be washed or used more than once. How do KN95 face masks work?
The mask's 3D contour is designed according to the ergonomics of your face to ensure a secure fit and boost the breathing capacity of this mask, enhance air permeability and allow it to be even more comfortable to breathe and wear.
How to use the KN95 face mask
Before applying, check the packaging is complete and affirm the optional expiry date on the outside package and apply the mask inside the expiry date. Open the mask thoroughly, place the mask using the metallic nose consume. How to put on a face mask
- Clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser before touching the mask
- Position the face mask to face
- Place a loop around each ear
- Once in position, ensure the mask is adjusted to completely cover the nose and mouth
- Clean your hands again with soap and water or hand sanitiser
How to remove a face mask
- Clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser before touching the mask
- Avoid touching the front of the mask. Only touch the ear loops
- Hold both of the ear loops and gently lift and remove the mask from your face
- Wash and dry the face mask following the instructions
- Clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser
Drying the mask
The mask should either be dried in a tumble dryer at no more than 60°C or left to air dry and then be ironed through a sheet. Do not iron directly on to the mask, always put a sheet in between the mask and the iron. Always iron the mask after air drying. If the mask is not ironed after drying the fibres in the mask will shrink and the filtration level will be compromised.
