What is Care Aqueous Emollient Cream

Aqueous Cream was originally used as a wash product and is currently the most widely prescribed emollient for the treatment of dry skin conditions. It is used to moisturise the skin, improving flexibility and preventing cracking in the protective outer layer, called the stratum corneum.

The cream is SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) free and so will not increase the permeability of the skin barrier and cause irritation.

How to use Care Aqueous Emollient Cream

As an emollient:

Adults and children: Apply to the affected area of skin as required.

As a skin cleanser:

Adults and children: Apply to skin using hands or a washcloth, then rinse off.

What does Care Aqueous Emollient Cream contain

Macrogol Cetostearyl Ether, Celostearyl Alcohol, Chlorocresol, Liquid Parrafin, Paraffin White Soft and Purified Water.
