How to take Vitabiotics Neuromind Plus

• Take one tablet (purple blister) per day, plus one omega-3 capsule (turquoise blister) daily.
• Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take it with your main meal. Do not chew, and do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach.
• This comprehensive formula replaces other Neuromind multivitamins, and there is no need to take an additional multivitamin.
• No artificial colours or preservatives.
