How to take Vitabiotics Pregnacare Plus Omega-3 Tablets

Take one tablet (green blister) plus one capsule (pink blister) daily. Ideally, the main meal

• Swallow with water or a cold drink.
• Not to be chewed.
• Do not exceed the recommended intake.
• To be taken only on a full stomach.
