How to use Care Hydrogen Peroxide Solution 3% 10 Vols
Recommended dose and dosage schedule:
- As a disinfectant use as required. Dress the wound with cotton wool soaked in the peroxide.
- As a mouthwash or gargle dilute one part of the peroxide to two parts of water (e.g. 5ml of peroxide and 10ml of water). Rinse the mouth for two to three minutes. This may be repeated up to three times daily.
As a disinfectant, this product is suitable for use by adults, children and the elderly.

Care Decongestant Oral Liquid is an oral solution for the relief of nasal, sinus and upper chest congestion. It contains pseudoephedrine hydrochloride which relieves congestion caused by common colds or allergies, e.g. pollen. The liquid is non-drowsy and sugar-free.
Who can use this product?
Adults can use it, the elderly and children over 12 years.

1.9 vol% Ethanol, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30mg, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Sodium Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E219), Sodium Ethyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E215), Sodium Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate, Ethanol, Amaranth Dye (E123), Sunset Yellow Dye (E110), Carmellose Sodium, Saccharin Sodium, Menthol, Condensed Milk Flavour, Orange Flavour, Glycerol (E422), Purified Water.
How to use Care Decongestant Oral Liquid?
- Take this medicine by mouth. Take 2 x 5ml spoonfuls three times a day.
- Do not give to children under 12 years.
- Do not take with other cough and cold medicines.

How to use Care Ibuprofen 5% Gel
Adults and children over 14 years: Squeeze 5-10cm of the gel (containing 50-100mg of ibuprofen) from the tube and lightly rub into the affected area until absorbed.
- Use every 4 hours as required, with no more than four doses in 24 hours. Wash hands after each application.
- Please do not use it on children under 14 years of age.

Active ingredient: Ibuprofen 5.0% w/w.
It also contains Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, and Water.

Relieves coughs & sore throats.
For symptomatic relief of coughs and sore throats.
Contains glycerol and honey. Can be used to soothe and for symptomatic relief of coughs and sore throats. Following recommendations* for children’s cough and cold medicines, it can be used by children over 1 year, adults and the elderly but is not suitable for diabetics.
How to treat a cough:
- Rest
- Drink plenty of fluids
- Pharmacists can give advice or suggest treatments to help patients cough less, like cough syrups and lozenges. These won’t get rid of the cough.
How to use Care Glycerin Lemon & Honey with Glucose
- Adults: two 5ml spoonfuls.
- Children over 1 year: one 5ml spoonful.
May be repeated every 4 hours if required.
The product may be taken for up to 5 days, following which, if symptoms persist, medical advice should be sought.
Shake the bottle.
