How to use Vitabiotics Ultra Krill Oil Capsules 

ONE OR TWO CAPSULES PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL

One or two capsules per day with your mail meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Ultra Red Krill Oil should only be taken on a full stomach.
