How to use Vitabiotics Brains CBD 1000mg

Adults aged 18 and over: 7 drops twice daily

After you are used to taking CBD, you may take up to 1ml (28 drops) per day, as marked on the dropper, at your discretion.

Drop liquid under the tongue. Hold for 1 minute or until fully absorbed.
