How to use Vitabiotics Omega H3 Capsules

One capsule per day with your mail meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Only to be taken on a full stomach. This comprehensive formula replaces other Omega-H3 multivitamins. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin.
