Ideally, it would be best if you always aimed to stop smoking and vaping. You can use NICORETTE cools lozenge to achieve this by completely replacing all your cigarettes/e-cigarettes. However, NICORETTE cools lozenge can also be used in other ways,

• If you feel unable to stop smoking/vaping entirely or wish to replace certain cigarettes/e-cigarettes, it can help you reduce the number of cigarettes/e-cigarettes you smoke/vape.
• When you can’t and do not want to smoke/vape. For example, Where you don’t want to smoke/vape and want to avoid harm to others, e.g. children or family. Smoke-free areas, e.g. pubs, work, public transport, aeroplanes.

It may also help increase your motivation to quit.

How to use Nicorette Cools Icy Mint 2mg Lozenges 

Children under 12 years: Do not give this product to children under 12.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

• Place the lozenge in the mouth. Allow it to dissolve slowly. This will release nicotine, which you will absorb through the lining of your mouth. NICORETTE cools lozenge should NOT be chewed or swallowed.
• The number of lozenges you use daily will depend on how many cigarettes you smoked and how strong they were.
• If you smoke 20 or less cigarettes a day, the 2 mg nicotine lozenge will help relieve your cravings.
