- For maximum effectiveness, leave a thin layer of cream on the skin to soak in.
- How often you apply, AproDerm Colloidal Oat Cream will depend on how dry your skin is.
- AproDerm Colloidal Oat Cream can be used instead of soap (soap substitute). Apply to your skin whilst showering to clean and moisturise simultaneously.
- Re-apply after showering to skin that is almost dry to lock in moisture.

- Place 4-6 drops on a tissue and hold close to, but not touching, the nose allowing the child to breathe in the vapour
- At night sprinkle the recommended dose onto a tissue and place it in the room out of the child's reach
Children 2 - 6 years:
- Place 8-12 drops on a tissue and use as above
- Alternatively, add 8-12 drops to hot water and inhale the vapour, or leave it in the bedroom overnight
- Ensure that hot water is kept out of reach of children

Olbas Decongestant Nasal Spray combines essential oils of eucalyptus, niaouli and wild mint with hypertonic seawater for gentle, effective relief of blocked noses. It unlocks the nasal passages and helps prevent the spread of viral infections and bacteria, while the mint provides an immediate refreshing sensation.
How to use Olbas Nasal Spray
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Tilt the bottle to one side, press the nozzle firmly for at least one second, and repeat until obtaining the first spray.
- Spray in each nostril, with the head upright.
- Blow nose.
- Wash the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry it properly.
- Use up to 6 times a day.

How to use Olbas Inhaler Nasal Stick
Unscrew the outer cover from the base of the stick, close one nostril, place the inhaler in another nostril, and inhale deeply. After use, wipe the bar with a tissue and replace the cover. It is not recommended for children under six years old, and please do not use it more than four times an hour. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist if you use more Olbas Inhaler than you should. You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after seven days.
