- Mon-Thur orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered in 2-5 days subject to being approved by the pharmacist unless additional payment has been made for Special Delivery in which case your item will be delivered the next working day
- Friday orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered on Monday/Tuesday subject to availability
- Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday
- Deliveries will take place between Monday to Saturday

Pharmacy Orders with AYP Healthcare
- All P-Product items require our Pharmacy team's approval before we can deliver it to you
- When ordering, if you completed a health questionnaire, your the order contained a P-Product item
- Our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment or cancel your request on medical grounds
- Depending on the outcome of approval, dispensing your order maybe delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process
- A pharmacist may contact you for further additional information to ensure it is suitable for the intended user, please reply promptly to ensure there are no delays in your order

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
