What is Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder Pain Heat Patch

Cura-heat patches are air-activated heat packs. These heat patches can provide instant relief when placed on the affected area for up to 12 hours. Once removed, the pain relief can continue for a further 12 hours, resulting in up to 24 hours of pain relief.

Heat patches work by stimulating heat receptors in the muscles to relieve pain, increase blood flow, and reduce spasms. 

How to use Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder Pain Heat Patch

As a non-medicinal product, Cura-Heat is safe to use in conjunction with oral pain-relieving medication. Cura-Heat should not be used as a topical pain-relieving medication over the same area. 

1. Open the sachet by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat patch
2. Peel away the paper strip
3. Adhere to the clothing/ underwear over the painful area
4. The heat patch activates within 1 minute and will heat up within 5 minutes once the sachet has been opened.
5. After use, slowly peel off the heat patch and then dispose of it with regular household waste (do not incinerate the heat patch)
