What is Almased Meal Replacement

How to take Almased Meal Replacement

Dissolve 50 grams (5 heaped tablespoons) of Almased in 200-350 ml of water with two teaspoons of oil rich in essential fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed, walnut, flaxseed, olive) or substitute water for 200ml of low-fat milk.

Mix thoroughly with a spoon or Almased shaker to ensure a consistent texture.

Preparing the Almased drink with 200 ml of low-fat milk (less than 2% fat) instead of 200 ml of water will increase the calorific value per Almased serving from 230 to 330 kcal.

The primary nutrients contained in one serving of milk-based Almased drink are 33.9 grams protein, 24.9 grams carbohydrates and 10.2 grams fat.
