How to use Flexiseq Gel

Apply Flexiseq Gel to the affected tissues two times daily.

Use as much gel as your index finger to apply to the knee.

To apply to the shoulder, wrist, or hands, apply gel equivalent to half of your index finger.

Spread the gel evenly over the affected joint and let it settle for 10 minutes before covering.
